Chris's digital team manages social media strategies for American Airlines.
Chris' career started as an afternoon-shift desktop publisher in 1994 for Ross Roy Communications (known now as BBDO). There he took his love of print design to begin assisting art directors in digital catalog design for Chrysler and Kmart. During his 5 years at Ross Roy, communication online mediums exploded. CD-Rom marketing, AOL, E-mail marketing and Internet sites changed everything. Chris' direction knew that his path to be followed should and will be digital. He constructed his first Internet site in 1995 and currently directs large scale digital executions at Weber Shandwick. In fact, his award-winning AA team has a blended group of AA and Weber Shandwick employees that deliver tweets, Facebook posts, YouTube Videos and online photos for this Fortune 100 Company.

Neil is an experienced speechwriter, media trainer and a key member of the agency's crisis team.
Neil has nearly two decades of experience in public affairs, labor relations and crisis communications. He specializes in helping Weber Shandwick clients successfully protect and preserve public confidence and corporate reputations during times of crisis. He has experience advising numerous companies on issues related to labor relations and union organizing campaigns, plant closures, industrial accidents, customer and employee fatalities, regulatory scrutiny, product recalls and financial irregularities. Neil has led a number of award-winning communications projects including "Just the Facts: AANegotiations.com" which was named 2009 Employee Communications Campaign of the Year by PRWeek.
